Inorganic ESD Satellite Thermal Control
Primary Pigments and Coatings

HalospexTM M1-2

Inorganic ESD Ceramic Thermal Control Coating (best optics choice)

for direct application upon satellite instrument radiators onto aluminum, beryllium, or titanium alloys.  Easily replaces typical fragile glass mirror radiators.  Retains ESD protection to less than zero C.  Is also used in photographic reconnaissance applications as a white calibration coating.  Highly optically diffuse.  Typical BOL alphas are significantly less than 0.100 at 4 to 5 mils applied thickness.  US and European Patents.

HalospexTM M2

Inorganic ESD Ceramic Thermal Control Coating (best ESD conductivity choice)

for direct application upon satellite instrument radiators onto aluminum, beryllium, or titanium alloys.  Replaces typical fragile glass mirror radiators.  Retains ESD protection at lower temperatures than M1-2.  Suitable for primary radiators.  Highly optically diffuse.  Eliminates specularity problems associated with mirror radiators.  US and European Patents.
