for OEM Customers

HalospexTM 928 NEW

Electrostatic dissipative (ESD) bright white zinc-gallium oxide-based pigment

which can be used in urethane, silicone, organic, and inorganic paints.  White for low solar absorptance.  Highly electrically conductive compared to other zinc oxides, yet retains a high brightness.  Available in kilogram units with C of A.

HalospexTM ZA
NEW

Zinc Aluminate, Zinc Dialuminum Tetroxide.  Highly reflective pigment

which can be used in urethane, silicone, organic, and inorganic paints.  Electrically insulating.  Reflective down to approximately 250 nanometers wavelength.

Absolutely, totally colorless.
Exceptionally brilliant white.

Significantly brighter than either ZnO or the best TiO2.

Slightly more translucent than zinc oxide for high chromatic blends.
Non-catalytic toward organic binders.
Does not oxidize and embrittle organic paints with age.
Non-toxic.
Is not affected by opto-mechanical effect like ZnO (i.e., does not turn color during processing or particle attrition).
Optical properties can be "tuned" to customer's applications.

Available in kilogram units with C of A.

ESD Zinc Oxide Ceramic Filler

Thermally and electrically conductive single-phase, zinc oxide ceramic filler used in

satellite non-structural adhesives.  Has tan coloration.  Use with epoxies and urethane adhesives.  Used as a conductive filler having thermally conductive and electrically conductive applications.  Provided in bulk with a fine, certified particle size.  Disperses easily into organic resins using high-shear mixers.  Suitable for use in various inks, paints, coatings, and adhesives.  Available in kilogram units with C of A.

HalospexTM Bond Preparation
NEW

BREAKTHROUGH MATERIAL
FOR INDUSTRIAL USE

Self-contained cleaning solution used to

effectively and thoroughly remove silicone oil contamination or residues from industrial parts in preparation for bonding of inorganic paints and adhesives.  Aqueous chemical solution that is environmentally friendly and contains no VOC's.  Effectively prepares surfaces of typical aerospace materials for structural bonding.  Completely eliminates destructive silicone oil contamination problems from metals and composites for strong structural and non-structural bonds.  Foolproof and easy to use.  Prepares aluminum and titanium surfaces for bonding of inorganic paints without rub priming.  Available in pints and quarts.  Regulated material for transport.  US Patent applied for.
